Photomultiplier with Dual Input Paths, Half-Silvered Mirror, and Optical Filter

Description

This appears to be a photomultiplier with analog/digital interface circuitry which has two input optical paths that merge in a half-silvered mirror and then go through a (dichromic?), optical filter and into the photomultiplier.  Not sure who made it (one of the PC boards is labeled PM3000C?).  Sold as-is.
